With space for 3000 delegates across 32 meeting rooms, sheer size and complexity of the Novotel London West hotel called for an events signage solution. Symbius installed stylish glass signage complimented by event specific wayfinding displayed on LCD screens. The Events Manager uploads the event name and client logo remotely through a state-of-the-art content management and wayfinding tool. This automatically updates all appropriate wayfinding screens ensuring delegates instantly identify their meeting room and location at a glance.
