The offer refers to the registration form only and includes contact details, client logo, and text-based email confirmation. The offer does not include event theming / branding, website design and population, HTML invitation / confirmation or online payment / collection of payment details.
This offer can only be used once per client / company.
The form will be hosted by limebluesolutions.com or symbius.co.uk.
Delegate registration data will be supplied as an excel file shortly after the registration is closed.
Information collected by Symbius Ltd. will not be passed onto third party organisations.
Symbius reserves the right to amend or modify these terms at any time with or without notice. Any amendments or modifications to these Terms will be posted on the Symbius website with a new revision date and will become effective immediately upon posting.

The wayfinding survey offer is subject to site size and location as deemed acceptable by Symbius Ltd.
Wayfinding information provided by Symbius Ltd. will remain the sole property of Symbius Ltd. This information will require permission directly from a representative of Symbius Ltd. to be passed onto third party organisations.
